I have been a customer for over 15 years. Bought a new phone and Pad not over a year ago.

For the past several months at least 10 - 15 times a week I go to make a call/text look up information and get " NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK" message. I.E. I have no service at all. Can not call them via my phone.

Have to track down someone I know to use their phone under a different company to call CS. Wait for hours and then get we upgraded to give you better service, you need to BUY a new phone.

The way I see it.....

You upgraded to make your company more money, because your upgrade just put millions out of phone service unless they purchase a new phone. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Product or Service Mentioned: Tmobile Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Being used by a company.
