When I signed up for my contract 2 years ago I was told my phone was at discount price and that's all I would have to pay for and my insurance would cover it for the first year as long as there was no water damage. 7 months later, i come in with a broken phone and they told me my insurance didn't apply and that I now owed them an additional $350 for the rest of the phone.

I couldn't afford a new phone and refused to keep paying for a service i wasn't using so I cancelled. I paid all my dues and thought that was the end. But it wasn't. Today, almost two years later I checked my credit report and saw that I had past dues.

I called to find out where they come from and lo and be hold, t-mobile is charging me again for what I've already paid. Only this time they put it through a collections agency so I can't dispute it.

T-mobile is the worst company. I would rather work with the IRS.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

I didn't like: Customer service, Cell phone options, Prices, Employees.
