They have the worst custumer service ever.I ordered and made an online plan for tmobile, but I had to get it confirm in the end of the session.
However, when I called in, i was expecting a quick confirmation, like questions to confirm the information. I had to stay on the phone with them for about 10 hours already for the last two days and they still havent solved my problem yet. All I needed was for them to confirm the order I made online. They transfer me through so many people and they all asked the same questions.
Worst service ever.
