I have a pre-paid cell phone by t-mobile. I give it to my daughter to use when she is out.

She hadn't used it for a while and T-mobile deactivated the phone. I call to have it reactivated and they told me I had to buy a new sim card to reactivate it. So I bought a phone with a sim card already & now they want me to buy a new one. NO WAY!

When you pay for something once you own it - I didn't know they could take it back.

I will never use company again. ALLLL DONE!

Monetary Loss: $50.

Sorry for a late comment, but t-mobile has tried that on me once, but since I was a loyal customer of t-mobile, I decided that I didnt wanna take any *** from then, so at the store when they tried to sway me to buy a new card, I got extremely angry and told them, "I have been a loyal customer for years, and you want me to spend 10 bucks for a new card? I havent lost it or anything, so why should I pay for a new sim card"and after a while, I demanded them to give me a sim card with no charge included, and so they did
