Same thing happened to me in August when I switched to Verizon.My husband went in Tmobile store on Sept.

16 and asked how much we owed. He was told $122.83 and confirmed it was all we owed, and was the last bill. We've now received another bill for $247.00, which customer service said was wrong, should be $126.00. They say since we did not call them, billing kept running and there is nothing we can do.

They are calling my cell 2 or 3 times a day, and also our home. I will never give them a good reference again.

I changed to Verizon because I work for Verizon and wanted employee discounts!Not worth ruining my credit over, but FCC will get a complaint, too.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $125.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
