I called the customer service to ask abot the slow responses of my internet. I was told to add the particular feature.
I wouldn't have any slow down getting online. T-mobile sales associate didn't try and explain the situation but only tries to sale more service instead of explaining the service. The T-Mobile associate just held the phone and didn't answer any more concerns I have. She held the phone for about ten minutes and then disconnected our conversation.
I call T-Mobile back and the next associated said it would be email to the supervisor and/or manager in 2 hour or less. Its the next day and NO RESPONSE FROM T-Mobile. Bad business T-Mobile and wouldn't refer you anyone. I will be leaving your company Mr.
T-Mobile President. You have very poor management and associate on your staff.
