Tmobile shut my phone off after making a payment arrangement....they were having trouble processing payments on their end for over a week...but they still suspended my service. They never owned Bullshit responsibility just kept telling me how lucky I was that they didn’t charge me $20 restore fee for each phone.

T-Mobile’s mistake...but I should be grateful?!!! Bullshit Hunter from Maine’s call center is a huge pile of poooo!!
