Not that this is my first HORRIBLE experience with T-mobile.. In fact, I am not sure I can recall an easy one..
There is so so so much disconnect in this business it makes my blood pressure raise. We purchased a phone got one free... Or so we thought.. I am STILL waiting on that.
We waited waited waited.. Never was removed from our bill. I called T mobile. The guy LITERALLY told me he had no idea of this promotion and to contact the store?
I call the store they say... oh. You will actually be receiving a prepaid visa that will take 6-8 weeks.. OK this was week 8.
waited a few more weeks and called them back. They say.. Oh we know nothing call T-Mobile. I call T-mobile.
They assure me that I quality for this promotion and they would get this resolved and get back to me in 24 hours ( apparently now they know this promotion exists). A week later.. still nothing. So I spam them on Facebook because I am now LIVID...
they INSTANTLY get back to me. Then what seems like the easiest situation in the world.. they assure me again I am qualified.. that they would escalate this right now, and get it taken care of.
Cool. They shared with me.. that they would be removing this from my bill and gave me the credit amount I would receive for what I had already paid. I would see this reflected on my account in 3-5 business days.
After 9 business days pass, and still nothing, I reach out again. They tell me this was processed on 2/14 for my assurance that that is accurate information.. OK well I don't see my free phone or my credit. Will this be reflected on my bill?
Hopefully. If not.. maybe the next one to be safe that they are keeping their promise... WHATTTT???
That is well beyond 3-5 days. beyond 6-8 weeks.. and CERTAINLY WAY TOO LONG. I am pulling my hair out.
Worst decision I ever made, switching to T-mobile. And these photos are after the calls.
