I like everyone else in the world is fighting to survive this pandemic. I like millions of people is unemployed and still waiting on income to start coming in. T-Mobile has been one of the least understanding company through all of this. I have reached out to customer service complaining about my service being interrupted for non payment right after a made the payment. I was explained that it would be fixed and this won't happen again. I explained that i was being charged fees which is not supposed to happen but this continue to happen. I explained my financial situation and was assured that my account was set up to not interrupt my service even if a cant make next payment. Well woke up to my phone being interrupted once again finding myself arguing with reps that don't listen. This is why people are complaining your reps don't listen to the customer and their needs. I have been with this company for over 9 yrs. So disappointed.

Tmobile - Worst phone carrier in the world

I went to pay off my phone and told the sales rep that i was looking to pay off the phoe and move carriers. The dumb sales rep only canceles one of the lines and left one activate. I switched carriers and even had my number ported out. About 2 1/2 months later i received a letter from tmobile and a warning for collection. Contacted customer care and got transfered 4 different times and was told that i wouldnt have to pay anything because it was the employees fault and the phone call got dropped. Called in the next day and they told me i had to go to a retail store. I get there and the sales rep calls customer care and the rep hangs up and tells me to go back to the store that comittes the error. So i did. Get there for the rep to call customer care again so this is a total of 6 times so far. The sales rep gets tranaferred to another department. After waiting for 2 hours, i hadnt seen and results. I had wasted an entire day on the phone woth custome4 care and drove to 2 retail stores and had gotten anything more closer to settling the matter than before i even decided to call customer care smh. Finally decided to call corporate for them to tell me that out of the three months they werw trying to bill me i owed for a month because i had used one of the lines for 3 weeks. If that was the case bill me for 3 weeks and not the entire month. Ridicolous people that can offer no consistency in their service as if they all went through different training??? Dmv has the lowest cuastomer service and felt as they would have handle the matter more efficiently
