Sheetz - Awful

U have employees doing gift card FRAUD. I went to sheetz and purchased a t-mobile phone card. I got the card just this last friday. I asked the guy if this was the right card. He said yes. The very next morning; i went back to sheetz and literally got no help and a number thrown at me. I have been tryinh to get help but to no avail. I got a call saying guys were not going to do anything about it. The customer service lady asked if the pin number was scratched off. I said yes but i was going to use it and then i found out it didnot work. A phone card was intentionally that was not going to work. Those cards are in a very pecarius place where little bored child have fun doing all sorts of mess with them. I never wanted a refund. I want an exhange at first and then after getting no where for several days. Thats when i wanted my money back. Aside from the fact the card was not usable and having an employee verify i had the right tmobile card in my possession. Your employee had to scan the back of the card and did not notice the card was amiss? I dont think so. I have all the receipts. Everyone was so willing to get buy the card but no one wants to help fix it. Do you guys get bonuses off them or something? Is that why u guys refuse to help a customer fix a situation that was not her fault because u don't want to mess your bonuses up. While all they can do is take a statement right now and wait until it happens again. I will file this with the local authorities because I don't this happening to anyone else. U don't have to respond or try to help me. But I will do my best to prevent this from happening again since u guys are obviously not going to.

How did you not notice the card was amiss? 2nd, you do know the clerk only handles the card for at most 5 secs and it is both of your faults for not noticing if it was indeed already used (Even though it wouldn't matter, because it would have no cash value until it was activated....) Not too sure how that person can memorize 16 digits and also somehow magically remember it to use it for later. Somehow I feel you are lying than anything else.
