Its Christmas Eve. I'm not making this up. I got a message from T-mobile to phone them. So I did and I had my husband listen in. The T-mobile representative said our bill is "a couple days" past due. And that they were going to cut off or service at midnight. I explained to her that my husband and I both get paid Friday and I would pay it then. In full. You have been my carrier for 23 years. She wanted to set up a payment plan. Automatic withdrawls from our account or a credit card. And that they would charge me an extra $8 to set it up. I said no. I would pay the $106 on Friday. I dont like automatic withdrawls. I asked her to just put a note on my account that I would pay Friday. She said no and I will be disconnected at midnight (Christmas) and to get it reinstated I will pay my complete bill plus $20 per phone. That's T-Mobile on Christmas Eve. I have never missed a payment with T-mobile in 23 years. I'm 68 and will be without a phone for 5 days. I couldnt believe this! I had to beg relatives in another town on Christmas Eve to pay you. Which they did. I was crying. I still am. I have moderate kidney failure. I need my phone. Christmas Eve? Have you no mercy? You couldnt show me 4 days grace? I've faithfully paid you all those years. You can pay multi-millions for commercials...but the backlash of publicity from what you did to me on Christmas Eve is about to go viral. Oh, the call was recorded. Please listen to it. I was kind and polite and wished you employee a Merry Christmas.

Getting ready to leave. New customers get current phones free or at great prices but you need to add a new line. I started out alone, have added 5 lines over time. I guess I need to go to a competitor to have them care about my business. Great deals for new customers but not current customers shows where their priorities are. A tactical mistake many growing companies make.

Tmobile - Service interrupted for paying too much

I was hospitalized this past week. I had a friend going to one of the stores and make a payment. The bill was roughly $44.78. It was set up so that it would come out of a debit card. My friend paid $45 on my account. I'm being threatened that if I don't pay the remaining balance by tonight my phone will be disconnected. The second part of the arrangement was due to be paid on October 7th. They're saying because the friend paid $0.22 more than what was set up on the arrangement that the arrangement has been nullified. I have been a T-Mobile customer for nearly 10 years. I have encountered in the last year numerous technical problems customer service problems, profanity in the stores. T-Mobile service has gone down tremendously over the past year.

Towers have left data and phone service at a minimum in my area which is home, work, and community since June, 2018. Don’t receive incoming texts or calls and limited to no data. Customer service tells me there is modernerzation in the area and they could offer $35 Credit for my bill that is over $200/month. They routed me to 6 different people in three hours, and no one submitted a ticket to track my issue. Very rude and treated the customer horribly.

Poor service bad customer relations thet dont disclose to you anything to you if you leave them without informing them a MONTH before you port out you have to pay for the next entire month tgey do not adjust your bill. They keep changing terms and also if you dont upgrade your device they drop a ever growing file on your device that forces you to upgrade. My father is 84 and these *** took over 100 dollars from him just to be rid of their *** service. If you are in the military or just a consumer AVOID T-MOBILE at all costs.... Thank the maker we are done with their ***

The title is sarcastic, but was true for my "friend" in 2016 after i paid her bill for one month via phone using my credit card to the Oregon $ transactions 3rd party underneath TM i know now as Vesta but thought at the time was TMob itself. A month or two later i noticed charges on my statement i had not authorized. Friend told me that using the TMOB app - which displayed to her the last 4 digits of my CC number, all she had to do was click a button to add airtime to her account? In other words TM/Vesta thinks & demonstrates thru their code that a one time gift of airtime is a permanent arrangement that keeps on giving, at least until you notice & dispute the charges, which i did thru my bank. So just talk someone into paying your bill once, get the app & away you go thru the back door TMob left open for you, since surely you must agree that a one month gift equals signing up for autopay for "your friend!" *but be forwarned that to end this free ride for the hitchhiker by dispute will mean that Vesta, having lost some $ has now drawn a forever electronic line between your cell # and debtors prison, never to honor electronic payments on your number with any card.

Tmobile - I been charged $510 for a service that I did NOT subsribe !!

My Feb. 2018 bill was $510 for a international call from Dec.2017, a service that I did NOT subsribe because I used Skype for international calls. I called TMobile customer service in Dec 2017 and complain about the charge and the service and they told me that everything is fine and do not worry about. Two months later I received the $510 bill. I am a retiree living on fixed income and my wife monthly social security disability check is less then the bill !!! To me is no difference if you get robed by a criminal on the street or TMobile,the loss is the same. PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO TMOBILE CROOKS !!!!

We are new to the TMobile customer we have been dooped by phones that we purchased the service is awful calls drop phones forever freeze we text private personal things and it goes to random numbers. We have had our honest switched 3 different times and problem continues and customer service can not help or nothing all we get told is sorry and you can upgrade your phone at any time. The deposits asked for a new phone is ridiculous and instead of them trying to help a customer all they can say is there is nothing they can do.
