I paid my T-Mobile bill and the very next day I switched carriers and ported my phone number. A few weeks later, I received a bill from T-Mobile for $94. I've been with T Mobile for 10+years in the Tampa Bay Florida area. 2 years ago I noticed the coverage was going down. I was notified that the towers were being upgraded, but it has become progressively worse over these past 2 years until now 7/20/2016 where calls are dropped after about 30 seconds and i have to call clients back over and over. Please beware when you switched off from T Mobile they will screwed you up like anything. I’ve a very horrible experience with T Mobile when I port out from t Mobile.
