T mobil service is the worst I have delt with we have had them for 3 months.We continue to to have droped calls filed several complaints notheing done!! I have been with t-mobile since July 2005. I started under a contract, which turn into a month-to-month (prepaid). In 2014 I got a new phone number and also kept the old line for a while. I finally let go of the old number. I found out today that the years I've been with T-Mobile doesn't count. My husband and I switched to T-Mobile after being told we would b able to swap our phones whenever we wanted. With doing this we only lease our phones and increased our bill $100 a month. Needless to say we were given completely false information and now we r stuck paying an outrageous bill!.
