I went to register card and could not call customer service I told to go to website and register I explained 3 times that I would not do that because I need a username and password and that to register card was invalid, was told she would email me a link and no email. I should have know better when I asked for a paper bill and was told I had to wait a year before I am able to receive a paper bill finally after 2 years received first bill for 75.00 I don't even want to discuss ringtone issues. Tmobile - Change Practice of Asking Customer for Security Passcode

When T-Mobile asks customer for security passcode, allow customer to say it verbally or enter it on the phone. Its a problem if the person is around other people and doesn’t want anyone who may be listening to hear the passcode. Can T-Mobile change this practice to be more secure!!! ???

Tmobile - Awful coverage

I left ATT for T-Mobile several years ago and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made! My calls would suddenly drop and in certain areas in and around Memphis Tn there was no cellular coverage at all. I left and went back to ATT! Good riddance T-Mobile!

Tmobile - T mobile cut off service paid for

It took three months to activate unlimited service on t mobile. One month later t mobile, without notice, cut off data service. Store attempted to activate service without success. The tec in the Philippines didn’t attempt any meaningful resolution - however t mobile still wants to be paid! They are a bunch of dishonest thieves!

Tmobile - Poor signal, customer support worse

New customer as of Nov ‘17. Never had a good signal. Deceptive coverage maps. Downright fraudulent equipment payoff program. The worst customer service ever from people who don’t seem to understand basic issues. I’ll be ditching T-Mobile ASAP. Beware.
