We spent three hours in the store switching to T-Mobile with the following promised: 1. Up to $650 per line that T-Mobile would pay directly to Sprint to cover cancellation charges, paying off phones, and fees. (We were instructed to NOT PAY SPRINT or they would not be able to pay the charges on the final bill.) 2. We were given an estimated monthly payment of $360/mo which made our bill less than it was at Sprint. 3. $200 gift card per line...

I went to the store to get a phone fixed on Black Friday weekend and was told that I could add 2 lines for free if I upgraded to TMoble One.I was also told that i would get 2 free phones if they picked from specific ones. The first month they charged me for the service of the 2 phone and for the 2 new phones. They also charged me for changing the service and back dated it. When i called I was told that the credit would take 2 months to go into...

LIARS, They over bill then pretend they cant help you.I have spent dozens of hours getting transferred in circles and lied too, Dont ever believe them when they say they are going t call you back. They dont. They also dont make notes. I spent hours talking to top supervisors who didnt make one note, Its frustrating to callback in to another rep that knows nothing about your account. WORST COMPANY EVER do not waste your time changing to this...

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 8 years and 2 months and I am now switching. My bill for 3 cell phone lines has "Crept" upward to $295 per month from their quoted $160 "base" price. All the extra charges, hidden fees and ... "Promotions" which they add to your phone service WITHOUT your permission as a free trial. If you don't call and cancel -- then they start billing you for them. No refund - Customer Trap. I called repeatedly to get them...

I started using T-Mobile in 2015 and had nothing but problems. Dropped calls, no internet access, no service of any kind at all, and so on. EVERY DAY there was some kind of problem. I couldn't call and ask for help every day, because I am disabled, had several surgeries that year, and some days, I just was not able to follow up. Finally, on February 2, 2016, I just couldn't do it any more. I am 63 years old, disabled, and absolutely had to have...

This company must be the worst I've dealt with. They will promise you the world in credits. One thing they don't tell you is that you'll have to wait for 4-5 months maybe longer to see any credits and will most likely be charged other charges on top. I've been calling every 2 weeks to get an issue resolved and have not been able to get a clear answer. Calling in, be prepared to wait 1hr plus to someone that may be able to help you and be patient...

After learning the hard way that my kindergarten son's school has never been able to reach me via telephone, Only a recorded msg that the call can not be completed as dialed, I contact Tmobile. All in all I spent almost an hour on the phone, the tech even instructing me to call the school and have them call me, etc... I do not work for Tmobile and and I don't receive a discount so I should not be treated as if I did. Nonetheless out of...

We switched to TMobile on Oct 3. We needed three lines. The instore salesman told us "You can get a fourth line free! Either a phone or a tablet." Well, the bill came and it turns out that the 4th line is NOT free if it is a tablet. I spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to talk to someone in the Philipines about the bill. Pointless! Then I spent another 45 minutes chatting with someone who was more helpful but I still have to take...

Roughly 4 or 5 years ago I had T-Mobile and all of a sudden I couldn't get a signal in my home. I went to the local T-Mobile store and was told that T-Mobile had lost their rights to AT&T's towers. When I asked what my alternatives were I was informed that they planned to put up towers near me in "3 or 4 months" when I asked what I was supposed to do for cellular service til then, the guy shrugged his shoulders and basically told me to deal with...

I live in Florence, Oregon and have an unlimited data plan with T-Mobile, the problem is than I can only receive/send data at 5 am, the rest of the day you cannot connect. For two months I could not connect at all. The service has gotten worse over the years even though T-Mobile assure me they are upgrading their equipment. Any complaints result in a tech trying to modify my phone rather than admit their service is next to worthless for data..
