This company must be the worst I've dealt with.They will promise you the world in credits. One thing they don't tell you is that you'll have to wait for 4-5 months maybe longer to see any credits and will most likely be charged other charges on top. We switched to TMobile on Oct 3. We needed three lines. The instore salesman told us "You can get a fourth line free! Either a phone or a tablet." I live in Florence, Oregon and have an unlimited data plan with T-Mobile, the problem is than I can only receive/send data at 5 am, the rest of the day you cannot connect. For two months I could not connect at all. The service has gotten worse over the years even though T-Mobile assure me they are upgrading their equipment. I have been with t-mobile since July 2005. I started under a contract, which turn into a month-to-month (prepaid). In 2014 I got a new phone number and also kept the old line for a while.
