TMobile has been horrible. Customer service is a joke. They could care less. Don't help fix anything. Can't even admit their mistakes and scam you into a service that does not work but take your money anyway even though they scam your phone from you and do not pay you for it. Thanks for the $1000 bill I now owe at the other worthless company Sprint! TMobile is worthless.

Unusual problem - phone went straight to voice mail and voice came on: "This is Lisa, I have a $100 gift certificate for you". Tried all usual things to get rid of it but couldn't. In 20 minutes, Jorg at customer service sorted. Great job! Brian Redman

Im still trying to figure out whyvitvtake the soooooo long to assist customers! This is ridiculous. Staying in line for 30 minutes just to pay a bill is aggravating. Store at 1830 Fm 1960 Houston Tx ... 3 staff member and two helping one customers while others wait. As soon as possible, I WILL BE LEAVING THIS COMPANY AFTER THIS YEAR!
