I just went with T Mobile, big mistake! I mailed in the att note 9 with the shipping label they provided.

They say they never received the phone. The tracking number provided to me by UPS says it was delivered to a T Mobile warehouse in Ft. Worth TX. Plus, my second bill went by $6.

That's not much money but how much will it go up next month?

They are worse than att. I'm going back to using smoke signals.

I started a four week training program @TMobile for a CSR job in Portland, Oregon last summer (2018). I went all the way thru it to the end & then they fired me because they didn't like the way I performed during the 'rehearsal'.I mean I thought the trainer was being way too judgmental! I thjink I could have been a great CSR but was never given tghe chance to go to a store & do it ion front of actual customers. I'll never transfer my trac-fone to Tmobile, NEVER!

Details
I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years. I pay my bill religiously early every month. Yet EVERY month they seem to "lose" my payment so I am bombarded with text messages from them stating my service will be shut off and I will have to pay a re-connection fee. I call them (every month) they open a ticket, and miraculously my payment appears. This is the worst company ever. No wonder people are leaving. you guys SUCK!

Tmobile - Moist in Note 4

Had problems keeping Note 4 on, called tmobile and they said they would change it out for another phone, they don't carry Note 4 anymore so they were changing it out for Note 5. The phone was sent to the store on 12/14, so I went to the store on 12/15, even though the phone still came on they immediately went to the area where the battery goes and said i had water damaged. For one she immediately was looking for it as if she knew or expected it without any visual of anything. I didn't get to tell her what problems I was having, So I told her the phone has never been in water, the screen works fine and the only problem i was having is in the beginning of turning it on but after a while of turning it on it will stay on, she said there was nothing she can do and ti call tmobile. Long story short tmobile told me the note 4 developes moist they said I had to apply a claim form and assurance said that the claim is denied and tmobile needs to help me, tmobile said there is nothing they can do. I asked why didn't they tell customers that thse phones developed moist in them since they knew this and now they don't want to compensate customers for their defective devices.

Tmobile - Fraud dept.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Had 3 phones delivered to me that I never ordered. Called them and they started a fraud case. They informed me that they would send call tags for the phones so that they could be returned. Six weeks later all I have received is 2 bills. Called the 3rd time and the customer service rep wanted me to drive 150 miles to the closest T Mobile store and talk to them. That went over well with me and she hung up! Next call, I ask for a supervisor and that can't happen I guess. So the next person is actually trying to help and says that I will hear from the fraud department within 3 days. I won't hold my breath. I'm sure that the next thing will be a collection agent

Tmobile - WORST Customer Experience - NO Loyalty - Switch to SPRINT or AT&T

I purchased new Iphone XS and now calling to switch to Iphone XS Max within 2 weeks (buyer's remorse time frame which is 30 days) as we are not happy with XS and need a bigger size phone. T-Mobile is saying I can return my phone and buy the new phone by paying the difference which I am okay willing to do BUT THE KEY ISSUE T-Mobile will consider this as a separate transaction and I will not get my promotion. I bought this under the promotion of $750 in credits over 24 months when i buy new XS or XS Max, however i do not get the promotion. My question as I am just exchanging to a different product why can't the promotion still stay on my account - Buyer's Remorse you can return, exchange to a product to your satisfaction. why can't they honor it. It is like a slap on your face that yes we will let you do your buyers remorse but it will just cost you $750 extra. Seriously my daughter is with AT&T and they just exchanged her to XS Max and gave her credit of the promo amount on her account right away without all this pain and here I am calling T-mobile while on phone getting transferred to 3 different people with no resolution. HORRIBLE SERVICE - NO consideration of being a loyal customer for long time I event gave a review on Tmobile website and absolutely No RESPONSE - Horrible!

Tmobile - Awful company who lack professionalism in their ABQ call center

I recently canceled my service with T-Mobile due to the lack of customer care. I was left with two phones to pay off; iPhone 8 plus and Samsung Note 8. I called and spoke to a rep named Ashley #1223118 at the ABQ location and she informed me I could return both phones and the remaining balance would be zeroed off my account. I immediately took the iPhone to a local store and returned it. I called today to verify they received the iPhone and let them know the Samsung was on its way when another rep in ABQ Bryan #1222612 stated that the info Ashley provided was incorrect and there was nothing he could do for me. I asked to speak to his supervisor to resolve this issue and file a complaint. He transferred me to a rep named Matt #1223442 who refused to assist me in any way. He did not bother to look into the issue or contact someone to see if there was anything that could be done. He simply stated there was nothing he could do, that I signed a legal document, I will still have to pay on the phones even if I return them, I could not have the iPhone back since I was still going to be paying on it and he was not going to provide me with any credits. I asked to speak to his supervisor or a number to the corp. office so I could file a complaint. He informed me there was no number and that I had to write a letter and send it to a PO Box. Again, I asked for the number and again he refused. He proceeded to tell me he was not going to do anything for me and that no number exist to file a complaint. I was finally able to get a phone request in to have his supervisor contact me, which he stated I refused that option in the beginning of the call. After that, he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone who transferred me to the resolution dept. I am still waiting for a phone call back from someone to address this issue.

Tmobile - Locked my device illegally

I bought Apple Iphone XS-max brand new from walmart last Saturday. I choose carrier as Sprint network. I did accidentally inserted lyca mobile SIM in it, TMobile locked my new Iphone. I reached out to T-mobile, lycs, sprint and walmart, no one ready to help, especially TMobile is most and worst customer support I have ever seen. They locked my phone Illegally but for unlock they need to Tmobile account. I told that "I am lyca mobile user and lyca is using tmobile coverage still they want t-mobile account." It completely non-sense, for locking my device they don't need any account or details but for unlock they need all these. I understand unlock process is a bit difficult, but my question is for locking device IMEI, T-Mobile is not even validating anything. I want to take this is a serious thing, planning to proceed legally on it.

Tmobile shut my phone off after making a payment arrangement....they were having trouble processing payments on their end for over a week...but they still suspended my service. They never owned *** responsibility just kept telling me how lucky I was that they didn’t charge me $20 restore fee for each phone. Tmobile - Misformed several times by representatives

Horrible customer service! I just joined TMobile, and I am already disgusted by their costumer service. At first they left my telephone at a neighbor ‘s front door. Then, I have been going back and forth with their representatives who don’t know what they are doing about the same issues. I was misinformed in several occasions. Today, I spent over an hour over the phone for them to solve one issue, and two trips to their retailer stores. They still giving me a turn around. They will tell what you want to hear to get you off their back, and to get your money or to join them. They are one for telephone carriers’ scammers that I ever encountered in my life! Stay away

Tmobile - Charging for Detail Monthly usage Statements

This matter involves Tmobile again charging customers for monthly detail statements of usage, when prior there was a ruling that prohibited such charges, however so, I noticed that when I would not receive a detailed statement a tmobile representative immediate had a statement sent, but since I was told that, $3.00 charge would be incurred as tmobile turn off the feature in there soft ware, which is in violation of a prior federal ruling. Of course, I was told that I can view my billing details online, which eliminate the consumers choice. Additionally, my request made with the company is to honour the ruling issued by the federal government, otherwise I would file with again a consumer complaint. As a customer should not be charged for receiving details of any type of usage.
