I switched over to TMobile August 2016 and was advised when switching over I would be paid for the early termination. I was not told an expiration date on this promotion.

I received my final bill end of November and submitted it to TMobile 01/04/17. I waited until March when I called and was told it was pending but that they would resubmit. They resubmitted and nothing happened.. They resubmitted and nothing again.

They as in the T-Mobile representative kept resubmitting giving false hope. Here I am August 2017 and still no rebate or refund. 4 different representatives kept pushing it through and nobody denied it fully. I was lied to from the get go, causing my previous bill to go to collections because I needed that rebate.

My credit was hurt. Promises were broken.

This complaint is due to a company taking advantage and promoting false advertisement. I would like justice.
