T-mobile charged me for early termination fee for something that should not be charged....called several times , was given the run-around and I ended up with no cell phone, was charged with $200 fee and a high blood pressure from being upset with their service.T-mobile has good looking phones but their service is bad.
Cannot get service on places/locations up on the mountains. Their sales department and customer care departments do not know what the other is doing.
No coordination and not willing to please....i don't think that is good customer service.
DO NOT GET T-MOBILE.....too many dropped calls too!!
