We have a t mobile account. We paid on insurance each month.
Our phone had problems working and t mobile was suppose to send a replacement phone to a local store but failed to do so twice. Eventually the phone broke and could not be used at all. We have chat evidence that our account was to be placed in suspend status and we were to only be charged $10 a month. T mobile improperly stated trying to charge us for the full monthly amount.
T mobile sent us a bill via email always and now lying claiming to have sent to a nother address.
T MOBILE CANCELLED OUR ACCOUNT. WE WANT A FULL REFUND FOR ALL INSURANCE PAID AS WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO USE IT AND WE WANT OUR ACCOUNT REINSTATED
