I have my refurbished LG G6 device and it is working correctly for now. The thought that it may possibly have the same issue at the next scheduled update or if I reboot the phone is always going to annoy me.

The T-Mobile store did charge me the $5 fee to use the warranty (Makes No Sense!) however, I made a call to T-Mobile customer support on my way home and complained about the fee along with the inconvenience of having to deal once again with this and all my time. They agreed to refund the $5 and also gave me a $20 credit on my bill.

That was on 5/23/17 On 5/25/17 I called back in to activate the G6 (I had been using my old G4 in the meantime) and the agent took a look at our plan and updated it also which is saving us he claimed about $45 per month. So Kudos to those two agents.

I want to clarify just how my One Month old LG G6 became "Bricked". There was an Android update waiting for me when I woke up this morning, I decided to go ahead and update so I tapped it.

The phone rebooted to begin the update. It downloaded the update ok, after the update installed however and the phone rebooted once again, it showed the Green Android "man" laying down on the screen with his front opened up and a red triangle with an "!" inside it and the word "error" below. Then it went into eternal boot loop mode.

So, either the update was corrupted from T-Mobile (T-Mobile's fault) Or the phone itself was defective (LG's fault and most likely issue) So, Absolutely nothing I did to the phone. Yet, I am the one who has to pay out even more money to get it resolved!!

Took my Bricked LG G6 to them (Yes the same boot loop issue LG has had for years is back with their latest phone). T-Mobile is unwilling to do the right thing and allow me to return the phone (outside the 14 day "Buyers Remorse" time frame).

Instead they are only offering to replace the phone through my "Jump Insurance" and an additional $5.00 fee). So, The Device is just over 30 days old and bricked. I have not only a warranty on the phone but also Jump Insurance on the phone yet it will be replaced with a "Certified Used" phone which then I have to pay an additional $5 for!! It's simple, T-Mobile and possibly all the other Mobile Service providers have lost their minds and are only interested in ONE thing.

They no longer care if you say you are going to leave for another provider. They ONLY care about getting as much cash out of their customers as they can possibly suck out of them. That's it!!

MONEY MONEY MONEY! So my question is to anyone who reads this review and has an issue with their phone (LG or other) is have you had enough like me?

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $650.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

TMobile Pros: Pricing of the plans.

TMobile Cons: Will not do right by the consumer.
