I had problems with my bill. I spoke to a rep on 01/06/2008 who told me to look at my bill and see why I was charged overages.

I was charged for T-Mobile to T-Mobile calls and Favorite 5 calls also. All of this was suppose to be included in the package that I had changed and updated in May of 2007. I was told to call back once my research was done so credit could be placed.

All I got was rudeness from Corporate and customer service and still an outstanding balance. Not right all.
