watch out for t-mobile they sent me a mobile phone which i did not order and i rang them sent it back and there said sent the phone back and we will not take any money from you and guess what they took the money £300 for a phone i have not even got i even got a text from them 2 weeks before my phone bill was due to go out that they have got the phone back the worst thing is that i have been with t-mobile from the 1st time i got a mobile when they was call 121 them days anyway back to the story so i rang them and kick up a right fuss so the lady i speak to said ok we will pay you back the £300 which will take up to 14 days so guess what like a full i waited 14 days and guess what no money so i rang them again and guess what they then tell me they credit the money to my phone bill when i told them i need the money back to pay my bills and this is today so guess what ive now got to wait another 14 days so am going to be ringing them everyday till i know ive got my money back they are quick to take the money for something you have not even got but not so quick to give it back just watch out that they do not sent you that phone you did not order and charge you for it the worst thing is a few weeks before i use to ring up and pay my bills then 1 of t-mobile told me y not set up a dircet dept what a mistake that was i well pissed like i say quick to take not so quick to give back
