I wanted to change my device as it was not performing as per my expectations, so i walked in to a store to change they informed me that i have missed my buyback date by 2 days. they asked me to call customer care.

customer care was also not helpful either. after long discussion they said the only was i can get a different phone is that either i pay for 2 phones or change my service provider. Also they don't have an email add to contact you have to write a MAIL that's primitive.

TMOBILE Sucks. They are not ready to retain a customer and they are happy to let go off you.

Not their fault you waited too long to return the phone. Why do you feel you are so special that rules don't apply to you?
