Misinformed and deliberately mislead on the return conditions of newly acquired products with surprising charges. We are very upset on this kind of service from T-mobile despite being a long time serving customer!!!

We had to use warranty for an iPhone 6. They sent us another phone as unwrapping st counter it had sticky stuff all over the screen , I asked what it was and they said just from the screen cover not to worry they put the phones through 23 point inspection. Well they package up my old phone and proceed to connect the "new" phone I noticed the worker flip phone over and hit a button I ask what happened and why was the screen flickering! I was... Came to the US for 3 weeks on holiday (I'm from Europe), figured I should get a prepaid card for that time, so I bought a sim-card with credit for $30. As part of the activation process, I requested a number transfer to a US number I used to have before. This was supposed to be completed within 24 hours. 2 weeks and several customer service calls later I still can't use my phone and I'm leaving the country soon. $30 wasted Read more

I purchased my phone Its been less than 30 days * it stopped working. I never droped it. Or did anything for it to stop working. I went to the store. They said they had to order it. & i will be charged. So i will be without a phone. Why the he should i be charged. For an obvious detective phone. Tmobile says there's nothing they can do. Except for a re order & fee. Tmobile customer service is a joke. Ive never been treated this way by a mobile... Read more

I paid my T-Mobile bill and the very next day I switched carriers and ported my phone number. A few weeks later, I received a bill from T-Mobile for $94. I called and reminded them that I didn't have their service, had paid my bill in full (zero balance). they claim it's money I owed from earlier in the year! How do I pay off a bill and still owe? How do i go from zero balance to $94? I got no help from T-Mobile so called customer service. My... Read more

Living and working in Asia, visiting my US home for a month, got a Tmobile sim card for the 30 days I would be here. Upon installing, worked OK, then noticed an alert on my phone prompting me to download the Tmobile App. When I did, my phone went haywire- could not reboot, or operate it at all. Not only could I not use the Tmobiel service, my only communication device, to people in the US, as well as my work connections in Asia, was crippled... Read more

I was misinformed by the employee at the store when switching over and now stuck with no other options but just losing $$ and staying or deactivating and starting all over at another carrier. When I first switched over a few months ago, I was told a few things which I thought was too good to be true which initially made me switch to T-Mobile, but now I found out the hard way that some things are too good to be true. The cust. rep had told me if... Read more

I encourage each of you to File complaints with the BBB, Attorney General of your state and the FTC. T-Mobile does respond. Enough complaints for the same issue gets forwarded by the BBB to other government agencies for further action. Also send a complaint to your state Attorney General. Most states have a Consumer Complaint Dept investigating these cases. Enough complaints should get their attention. 1. It costs T-Mobile to respond to... Read more

All these bottom feeders do is lie and pass the buck. They debited my bank account for $325 without my knowledge or permission. Customer service reps are rude and condescending. Their nasty bill collectors are trying to come after me for $1000+ claiming I'm the primary account holder. My name has never been on this account and never will be. I now have to spend weeks dealing with the fallout. Read more
