Came to the US for 3 weeks on holiday (I'm from Europe), figured I should get a prepaid card for that time, so I bought a sim-card with credit for $30. I encourage each of you to File complaints with the BBB, Attorney General of your state and the FTC. T-Mobile does respond. Enough complaints for the same issue gets forwarded by the BBB to other government agencies for further action. Also send a complaint to your state Attorney General. All these bottom feeders do is lie and pass the buck. They debited my bank account for $325 without my knowledge or permission. Customer service reps are rude and condescending. Their nasty bill collectors are trying to come after me for $1000+ claiming I'm the primary account holder. My name has never been on this account and never will be.
