Pissed Consumer Interviews ?
Took my Bricked LG G6 to them (Yes the same boot loop issue LG has had for years is back with their latest phone). T-Mobile is unwilling to do the right thing and allow me to return the phone (outside the 14 day "Buyers Remorse" time frame). Instead they are only offering to replace the phone through my "Jump Insurance" and an additional $5.00 fee). So, The Device is just over 30 days old and bricked. I have not only a warranty on the phone but also Jump Insurance on the phone yet it will be replaced with a "Certified Used" phone which then I have to pay an additional $5 for!! It's simple, T-Mobile and possibly all the other Mobile Service providers have lost their minds and are only interested in ONE thing. They no longer care if you say you are going to leave for another provider. They ONLY care about getting as much cash out of their customers as they can possibly suck out of them. That's it!! MONEY MONEY MONEY! So my question is to anyone who reads this review and has an issue with their phone (LG or other) is have you had enough like me?
