Verified Reviewer- - Final bill $121.49 paid Oct 7, 2025 after a 4-rep call; later a $136 charge for son's phone release and $7 delinquency brought total to $143.84.
My wife was a witness to all past proceedings and the long phone call with T-Mobile on speaker phone on Oct 7th 2025
Yesterday 11/18/25 I received another bill from Tmobile with delinquent charges of $7 more coming to a total of $143.84. The original final bill of $121.49 (statement attached) was paid on October 7th 2025 and the conversation was recorded by Tmobile who records all their calls with a representative stating verbally it was my final bill. This is a shakedown by Tmobile for more money from me and I'm not paying it. Attached letter.
The final payment was noted and the conversation was recorded. Then, about 4 days later, I called because my son's phone was not released from T-Mobile and was being held hostage for another payment, and I was informed I owe another $136. After a long debate with the representative in the Philippines, he hung up on me. That conversation was recorded.
We're finished, and the 1st and 2nd conversations were recorded by me also. No more $$$$$ T-Mobile!!!

Verified Reviewer |I thought they only had Grape Gangs in the UK
- - Bank draft for T-Mobile; text said it worked, then email denied it.
- - Billing confusion led to past-due status and fees.
- - Outages and fees occurred.
I set up a bank draft from my checking account for my T-Mobile bill. I got a text confirmation that the payment went through.
An hour later, the email said they wouldn't draft that account. Confused, I went to my bank's site and forced the payment through there so T-Mobile had to take it. The same minute, I called T-Mobile and explained everything: the auto-draft failed, the bank payment was sent instead, and I offered screenshot proof. The rep said no need, it's fine, and to call back if there are any returned payment fees.
A couple of weeks later, the text said I owed nearly $450 and needed to call. The rep explained that a new bill was issued between my payment order and when it hit. The payment applied to the new bill instead, so the old one showed as past due. Now it was 30 days late, with the threat of shutoff and fees.
I had a payment arrangement set up on their site (split into smaller payments 2 weeks apart). The rep said to set it up while she stayed on the line to verify it worked, and if it worked, that means it's accepted, and to just keep the terms of the agreement. As stipulated, I paid the first part and had around 10 days for the next. At 3 a.m., there was no warning; service was cut off completely.
I'm a single mom who works from home and relies on the internet and phone. I couldn't contact anyone for work or money help, and my car was dead, totally isolated. When owing anything, I can't shop or compare plans on the site or am rerouted to the 'pay us first' page. In the morning, I called but was blocked from customer service unless I promised to pay $450 soon.
I had no money, didn't owe it, and had a perfect record for over 6 years. I paid an 'entrance fee' to speak to someone. I explained my story, but the rep said they couldn't help because I was 30 days behind (not true). I got scolded: if no payment in 10 days (my agreed date), I would be told to stay off.
I pointed out that's the plan. In February, I paid with a debit card, got confirmation, but something else took a draft before another deposit was credited. It was typical bank stuff, and I was never notified of any issue by T-Mobile. I was shut off again, with no warning.
I complied again to get a person. The rep said only a one-time fee refund was allowed. After 30 minutes, they offered to return half the fees. I refused and asked for a supervisor multiple times.
I was told she had the same power as a supervisor; there was no point. I finally got a 'supervisor' on the line who agreed to remove all fees. While on the call, the 'supervisor' changed the due date from the 7th to the 23rd. The first bill after the change would cover around 6 weeks, but I said it was fine.
About 8 days ago, I received a text that I owed $90 and needed to call. They had already taken the big $450 (which was an overpayment after the fee refund). I called today (March 19) and, with the new due date being the 23rd, asked what the $90 was for. The rep said the past due balance but couldn't explain when, why, or how.
I said it was impossible, as it was an overpayment with the new due date. She said the computer decides the cutoff, with no specific date given, even though it's not due yet. They shut off my service for the third time, charged huge fees to talk, took 'past due' money and fees, and still demanded a full month-and-a-half on the 23rd. They have completely bent my credit over without even buying dinner first.
I was also told they could, and would, shut off accounts for even one day late, but they couldn't tell me when it would happen, just that they could and would. Apparently, the computer sets up that calendar and keeps it in a vault. This is a scam if I have ever seen one. I will never, ever be 'paid off' because their computer decides what money goes for what date, instead of just accepting the money and applying it to the balance.
It is no exaggeration to say that, quite literally, I am going to drag through *** every single month... all for being an honest, loyal, and long-term customer.
- Have phones
- Grifters and cons
- Fraudulent and liars and killed credit with fake nonpayments
- Nobody has any power to fix anything
Preferred solution: Refund, restored credit, restored standing, i want out, i owe nothing it's 19TH -- shut off service, my bill is due the 23rd, i am not behind
User's recommendation: Do not pay your bill early, do not meet your obligations, but you are actually penalized for it. The computer will not take early payments for the month and apply it. It will take the money, but you are still late if you don't pay another full payment on your due date.

- - Paid cash for 2 iPhone 17 Pro; no trade-in per ad.
- - They wanted our iPhones for trade; after four hours, a phone got a $75 credit, price dropped to $50.
Paid cash for two iPhone 17 Pro, then wanted our iPhones for trade when the ad said no trade-in. After being there four hours, we traded for the benefits, but that was a trick to never getting any benefits and had to trade down on the plan just to pay the bill.
Today we got a $75 credit card for one phone, but I was told that the numbers somewhere on my iPhone didn't match, so they dropped the price of my iPhone to $50 without a scratch that only they knew.
I told them to give me my iPhone back that books for $150.00 to $200.00. I would not do business with people that are not honest.
- Go somewhere that tells you the truth
- Taking a great iphone and keeping for your self and giving a junk one to you
Preferred solution: Promise and for people not to be taken advantage of

- Good service

- - Signed up for extra internet box; expected $300 rebate not received.
- - Told I could keep the backup box at $25/mo; now facing a $300 returned-fee.
I had one home internet and they had a special you can get better service and add another piece to have if your house is big. So I signed up for and I was to get 300 rebate I have not received.
And I was told I could keep the other box for backup for 25 more each month. I agree and now they have 300 returned fee on my bill for not returning the old box. And I bought a cellphone on my account I paided for insurance on it.
The screen broke and they expected me to pay almost the same for a new phone with out insurance. I am trying to hold on

Verified ReviewerResolved: Trying to charge me for services i didn't receive
- - Price on a 50 plan rose to nearly 70 after the price lock.
- - Final bill was mailed, paid, and a late fee charged after unlock request.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They credited the balance they claimed i still owed.
Plus they refunded me the full amount for the closing bill that they shouldn't have charged me to begin with.
Then they unlocked my device. Be mindful of their advertisements and their billing for your charges.
They stole from me then tried to get more. Then they refused to unlock my device until I gave it to them. They would have to prove that this changed and earn my trust back
I initially started with T-Mobile as a first-time customer on a price lock for 12 months. After the first month, it started inching up to almost $70.00 now! So I ported out, closed the account that day, and was told the final bill amount and that I would receive the bill in the mail.
I received the bill today, 3/28, and I paid it. Then, after several hours to let it post, I called to have my phone unlocked; now they say I owe a late fee!
- Lie bill inching service and calls drop all the time
Preferred solution: I want the late fee an remaining balance of 16 dollars and change credited. They did not provide me with any services after Mar 21 when I ported out and closed the acct.
User's recommendation: They lie.

Verified ReviewerWant to know when my due date for payment on my internet
- - I called to check payment dates on two days; the agent couldn't tell me dates and could take $55.
- - Autopay is set; I hope no more charges.
I called to see when my payment date was on 2 different days. The man I spoke to was hard to understand.
Both times I was on the phone for at least 45 minutes each time, and he couldn't tell me my payment date.
However, the second time I talked to him, he said he couldn't tell me the due date, but he could take my $55. Then I found out my granddaughter had put it on auto pay, so I hope they won't take my payment out again this month.
- I have the internet only and i no complaints about it
- Customer service needs more training or get ones that can speak englisht
User's recommendation: Just read my complaints

Verified ReviewerService interrupted
- - Connectivity degraded from 100% to under 10% over 30 days.
- - The remaining link is the T-Mobile tower serving my location.
I have no response yet.
My connectivity slowly degraded from 100% to less than 10% over a 30 day period. After everything that I could do with my device and my provider did all he could on his end all to no avail.
The only remaining link is th tower that my phone links to.
That would be the tower that carries the T-Moblle signal to my location. I am at 1510 S Melrose Dr in Vista, CA.
- Great service normally
- Sketchy if a carry on
Preferred solution: Connectivity
User's recommendation: Be watchful
Bad service all around
I called yesterday because my phone was really slow with data. They told me they were trying to fix the issue.
Ever since the merger with USCELLULAR, I have had nothing but problems with this company. Seven years ago, I had a bad experience with them and hoped they would get better, but it's just been downhill.
- Hidden fees
- Terrible customer service
- Bad pricing

Verified Reviewer |No service
- - Service was turned off and I can't access my account.
- - I was billed without notice and do not know the amount owed, despite a $30/month promise.
they turned off my service. did not known i had been billed.
did not know the amount that i owed. they would not give me access to my account. in fact, they could not find my account. still do not know how much i owe.
i puchased the service because they promised $30 per month. i doubt that part has been adhered to...but don't know because i can't get into my account, can't talk to anyone that can help, the app is worthless
User's recommendation: don't do it
Overbilled
I cancelled service the first of April, and today I received a notice that a full month's service has been deducted from my account. The account must be cancelled, and no other charges assessed to me, as well as a refund for moneys T-Mobile was not entitled to.
Thank you
User's recommendation: That Depends on response.
Unethical treatment or customers
- - Customer reports abusive and rude conduct.
- - Forced to play games and rewrite info.
- - Spent the day with agents during a simple purchase.
T-Mobile was super emotionally abusive and forced me against my will to play games with them while trying to make a simple purchase. I was forced to write and rewrite my information down and chat with agents the entire day.
I had the money ready instead that chose to emotionally abuse me and toy with me mentally as some kind of joke. It was extremely rude
User's recommendation: RUN! Abusive to customers

just my 2 cents the outsourced reps are script readers and know nothing beyond that script when you canceled service was it before your renewal date or after? if it was after than you will be expected to pay another months service as for getting any help with this is a 50/50 and depends who you get
