How to stop from being double charged on my bill

I purchased a phone from t mobile 10 days ago and I told the man I needed my bill to be due around the third of the month and he told me that when I get my due date to go in and they could change my due date cause I get paid on the first of every month. Well they put my due date on the 20th of August and I went in today to change it but now because I'm changing it they are going to double bill me next month and that's not right and not fair to me because they lied to me about this now I'm at the point of canceling the whole thing I should not be double billed because the sales person did not do his job plus I loose my internet a lot so what am I paying for.

You have to keep calling & online chatting. Waiting time on hold is usually 2-3hrs or if you elect to have them call you back, it's ~2hrs. I ordered equipment from t mobile on 8/1/2021. When I rcvd it, I never opened the box & I had no car, so on 8/13/2021 I spent $70 for round trip Uber. The 'manager' was useless except for getting an email sent to me to get the paperwork to send it back & requested that they return the $68 that was auto paid on 8/1/2021 & it was refunded on 8/25. On 8/20 they deducted $164.53 & on 9/20, $62.99. They returned the $62.99 & turned around & billed me for it again so at 1 point my bill was $235! Initially I was instructed that when all the monies were refunded, call customer service (using the term loosely) & cancel my account. They sent an email that as of 9/23/2021, they had rcvd the equipment, but neglected to inform me that they had cancelled my account. Untold hours were spent on hold, waiting for call backs, online chats & waiting for them to go through my records. I finally found out in October that my acct was cancelled, but I was still receiving bills for oct, Nov & Dec. Seems that they had applied $164.53 to the bill including a $20 charge for reconnection because, in an attempt to cut down on hold, I used the phone # that was assigned to me. On 12/23, I finally went to my credit union, sent copies of everything plus more that they requested & waited. I called tmobile on Jan 4, 2022 & after 3hrs, I was told to expect a refund debit card & they assured me that it could be used anywhere. OMG! Yesterday, 01/12/2022, the card actually arrived. Now I have a list of other sites to share my experiences with tmobile.

T-Mobile "Price Lock" increase? My bill went up $5.

I thought my rate was guaranteed for life. Now I'm seeing an "adjustment fee" on my statement. Is anyone else seeing this?

I don't know this for a fact, but I thought if taxes and fees changed by the Government went into effect, the rate could change to compensate for that.

I don't have anymore bc of their billing,charges, I quit it. All I can say is their good for screwing with your bill. Not happy never again. I'd pay and go somewhere else. I would rather go to free government phone

Who knows English to fix my bill

Who do I call besides my “team of experts” to fix my bill? I have auto-pay but suddenly after getting itemized list of charges , 7 months later, they changed for the additional line on my account!

TOO much II would not have taken TMobile! If I knew they were scams ! They take nmy balance owed I. Full for over 5 year TMobileis on auto- pay & as as authorized as long as it is correct!

I amount-out of my bank in full!How could i b told I owe an extra $135 wen I paid z..for a month they offered Free? i was offered tge month FREE for my aggravation but they stole it from my scount $161?! I think TMobile took on too much I have hsd TMobile for over 5 years -No Problem!
