I been with tmobile for 10 years. Last year I decided to have a family plan with a friend of mind.

It was good until the changing of the app. Before I was able to review my device balance but ever since tmobile update the tmobile app I'm not able to review and make payment on the phones. Only the main account holder is able to revise it. The account holder won't let me have permission to view my own device because he a private person but before the update I was able to review my infor without no problem.

No I can't review my account and make upgrades on my phone cause I hate the idea I have to call tmobile to check on my balance. Tmobile is making thing very difficult for non account holder

Non account holders is that you don’t hold the account you would need to get it in your name before you can have full access to something that isn’t yours.
