I have been a loyal T-mobile customer for 8 years.I was waiting until my contract expired to go to another service because I was having so many problems with dropped calls, no coverage, etc....

I called and the rep talked me into staying by giving me a great rate, and I was supposed to receive an email to accept. I never received the email and called and now the rate that was quoted to me was wrong and the rate is higher and I am now locked in contract - I am absolutely livid. Customer Service was not concerned when I told them their rep lied to me at a cheaper rate - they did nothing. They said I had to contact via email their contract review board to dispute, now more frustration to fight with the board to get out of contract otherwise they would charge me $200.

How can they do this, to deceive people to lock them in contract and get away with it.Customer Service use to be good in the past but now they just don't care!
