T-Mobile is ridiculous. I had a samsung galaxy II, shortly after they hit the market.

It dropped phone calls all the time, I wouldn't get reception in my house, Half of the time I could not hear the caller or they could not hear me. Called customer service. Of-course, not help and their accents were very hard to understand. I was in the process of interviewing.

Could not handle it. I went back to virgin mobile. If you have a complaint, you can not call in, lmao. YOu have to write a letter to customer support.

The letter was very rude. The rep responded how they have no complaints in the area. Yeah right.

Now I owe $400. F U, T-Mobile

Monetary Loss: $400.
