Seems as though T-Mobile and these crooks are working together. I am reporting the both of them.
Spend many hours on the phone and in person with Sprint customer service as well as T-Mobile. Each time we speak I am assured the problem was in error and resolved. Now I am in collection for the same matter with the crooks from ACSI Collections. I will contact better business today and not stop until someone is held accountable.
Prior to my collection notice I had no idea that there was still an issue with this.
If you have a similar experience please report them as well. Eventually BB Bureau will investigate and hopefully put a stop to this harassment.
