I entered into a 2 yr contract with T-Mobile four months ago because their coverage map indicated I was in the next to strongest signal area, with 3 other areas being even weaker in the city I live in. The first 2 or 3 weeks the data speeds were acceptable at 10mbps, then "magically" it reduced to 2mbps at best to under 100kbps several times per day.

And at least part of every day there is no data connection at all.

Tech said engineer report stated the closest tower is a 2G tower, therefore it is working as expected. They are unwilling to cancel my contract.
