The cause of my internet problem was a bad update push. T-Molbile needs to do a better job of checking their updates before pushing them.

I was lead through the process of creating new SSIDs to replace the one that got corrupted. Now I have to reconnect about 12 devices to one of the new SSIDs. Not hard, but time consuming.

I am shocked by my unfair treatment by tmobile!

I have had a spotless credit history with tmobile & enjoyed their service for 2 yrs. On 2/28 I made a payment & saw on my bank app it was deducted.

I also, within mins, received a receipt & thank you for my pymnt. Over 2 weeks later, I am notified my payment was never sent by my bank and pymnt was demanded immediately, without allowing me time to contact my bank. Following that, my calls to 611 to reach a rep @tmobile showed "service temporarily unavailable ". My app required a 6 digit ID code be sent to my number.

If I ever received one, it was 45 mins later and had expired. For a solid week, I have promised if my bank assured me the pymnt wasn't sent, I would gladly pay again. Each time I asked for a live rep, I was charged $10. I had no other way to try to resolve the problem.

After I finally reached my bank, I learned it was due to my new acct # after fraudulent activity, if my payment was made wth my debit card it would have been deducted immediately, and tmobile as well as my bank, should have contacted me much sooner, within 3 to 5 days. So, it is a fault of no body and everybody. Yet, to have my service restored, it will cost me close to $400 to restore my service. I explained I have a great payment history and have sent tmobile many customers.

I was shown no appreciation or concern. I asked for a contact number or email to corporate office, AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PROVIDE THAT INFO. As a 66 yr old widow, with custody of a minor grandson since the unexpected deaths of my husband and 37 yr old son, I need phone service. I have no landline.

I promised to pay by debit card on April 2nd if my service was restored, but again was denied. Tmobile was completely unfair & unreasonable for a situation they were also responsible for causing. There reps were kind and apologetic, but had no power to help me. If I had been habitually late, I could understand.

I am irate over the lack of concern for loyal customers. My need was not considered, their concern was money, money , money IMMEDIATELY! I have NEVER been treated with complete disrespect by any business in my entire life. I have since read the numerous complaints by others, who have had the same or similar strong arming by tmobile.

Not allowing me time to verify their claim with my bank ,I had no proof the payment wasnt sent, It was only demands for payment or no service. I felt as though I was a victim of extortion. I was never even given an apology for a situation they were as responsible for as I was. It was like.."I DONT CARE IF IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCT AND U HAVE A RECEIPT, WE HAVE TO PROVE NOTHING AND PAY NOW OR LOSE SERVICE!".

I have never carried thru with a threat to seek justice, but I am contacting the cyber crimes division of the FBI , BBB , and asking for advice on any and all regulatory agencies that can investigate tmobile s, unfair and unethical business practices as well as how easily this could force desperate customers to pay double. It is also suspicious how it was suddenly impossible to reach a solution or get explanations via 611 or my tmobile app, without a $10 charge to reach a live customer service rep. There is a corporate office in Charlotte, NC but they may as well be located on Mars. WHY WOULD ANY COMPANY NOT WANT THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE TO BE CONTACTED?

THAT'S ANOTHER RED FLAG! I have recently learned tmobile is owned by a German Telecommunications company, but have a main corporate office in Washington state. If anyone is interested in joining me on my quest, please post your wish and together, we can prove a German owned company in the US, should treat American customers as though they appreciate them. Allowing my service to be restored 4 to 5 days to get a payment immediately on April 2nd, is not a request that is u reasonable for a loyal customer with no history of late payments.

They have made promises in the past to recruit customers, that were not kept. I guess they expect loyal customers to be as dishonest as they are and have no trust or customers loyalty or appreciation. I'm confident they aren't concerned the customers do not have the determination and resolve to report enough complaints to prove them wrong and force an investigation. I HOPE I GET HELP FROM OTHERS TO PROVE WE DO HAVE POWER IN NUMBERS AND REPORT COMPLAINTS TO HOPEFULLY LEAD TO AN INVESTIGATION.

IF NOT, AT LEAST FORCE THEM TO PRACTICE ETHICS AND RESPECTFULLNESS OR DESTROY THEIR REPUTATION AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

I have saved all my attempts and responses to prove my claims and will forward to any and all regulatory agencies. AFTER THE HARDSHIP, STRESS AND *** THEY HAVE CAUSED ME, I INTEND TO SHOW THEM THE SAME TREATMENT!
