I signed up for auto pay so I would never have to worry about missing a payment, and for the $5.oo discount. then they started billing it in partial payments and charging me late fees, and not giving me the discount.

I spent 90 minutes on the phone with a rep, and after I made multiple requests to speak with his supervisor and getting increasingly frustrated, I got the supervisor who straightened things out... until the next bill, when I got another late charge from two months prior (from prior to my conversation with the supervisor) for a previous late payment, that was on autopay (which they had set to pay on the due date). I always have sufficient funds available, so the problem was just them drafting in split payments for some unknown reason.

and the split was a really odd amount that no customer would ever have set up. what should have been intuitively obvious took way too much time to get the customer service rep to understand, and it only stayed fixed until the next bill!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: remove the "late payment" entry from my record, and refund the late payment fee.

TMobile Cons: Constant billing problems.
