The company itself is a scam
I have literally been going years of in and out of service with them. It has caused me thousands of dollars multiple positions and jobs, and they don't care.
They just want you to continue to pay your bill on time. No lie. I kind of wish every person who were for T-Mobile died.
A very horrible death. They obviously don't give a *** about us.So why the *** should we give a *** about them

Your stupid AI locked me out of my internet account because I am not at home. Won't tell me how much I owe, so it's a guessing game. I paid an amount, then the dumb AI came back, 'You didn't pay enough to have services restored.' So I need to be called back now.

Get a live person to talk to or hang up you’ll waste your time waiting on hold
The account isnt correct because of their clerical errors and there are issues and they use security as an excuse even though the app shows me it has verified my account. The person reads from a script and theres no common sense used whatsoever. Technology is out of hand.
Human interaction is no longer even considered. Youre just a number in their system and all they care about is your dollars.

1st I filed a BBB complaint then a fcc. The executive locked my account and I couldn't pay the rest of my phone off.
They are committing fraud by reporting more that I owe. I have witnesses on this.
Paid for no service for 10 months at my house. I live in the city. I decided to switch. The executive I talked to asked me to return the tablet which the store or online did not want me to send it back.
Also we agreed to pay the rest on my phone. I got the price which was not much. I asked for a correct bill which they never sent. They have turned it into collection 3 times.
I got first 2 taken off for fraud. The 3 sequium asset solution called byt did not let me know who and why they were calling per us code. Both tmobile and these people are committing fraud with wrong amount owed.
I am seeking legal counsel to sue for fraud among other things. Hopefully I can do class action lawsuit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
They called me today and made it right
You tried to contact someone because youre $66 short and then they turn you off because they give you pay dates that dont work for you but works for them because they know you fail and then Ill charge you a reactivation fee to put your bill back up to 160 dont ever use T-Mobile they will rip you off And theyre not a good company. Theyre just about the money.

File a dispute with credit card company. T-Mobil will not work with the customer

2. Bill was $30 more than we were promised all-in
We'll see if AMEX delivers. We submitted copies of all to them.
Will never recommend T-Mobile. Customer service is non-existent in-store and on the phone. Even while patiently waiting on hold with one rep for over 40 minutes, they hung up on me. Horrible company taking advantage of senior citizens! Zero stars.

they are pushing the t-life app ( think is name) where basically they expect you to do everything the reps in store are just sales
