They refuse for you to terminate your service and continue charging you
We Started with Internet service with no issues.we added cell phone service that is when it started.Are internet bill was 50 bucks a month cell phone bill was supposed to be be 50 a month but they charged us 90 bucks so we cancelled cell phones cause we was over charged and we paid the last bill with both on it.We went to pay our Internet they said we owed them for the cell phones and Internet when we cancelled service with no contracts or purchases on the cell bill and they refused Internet payment saying we can't take payment unless you pay for the cell phones we cancelled so we told them we are done with the Internet service as well
