Dear Mr/ Miss

I use T Mobile service about 2 years and request return CellSpot device Sep 1 and cancel service . I have total 4 line under family plan and request provide all paid in full phone unlock about Sep 3.

Unfortunately have 1 cell phone does not unlock at the same processing. I have keep contact customer service and request unlock request it and back and forward many time until Sep 14. last commination got unlock the promise then I paid for last bill $122.51 and tell them make sure not own you any money and cancel my service. But T Mobile still keep charge me until today.

They said the last cell number not switch to new carrier that is the reason still charge me $391.66 Due date 12/12/2019. I do not feel this fare to charge consumer .

Please give the help as try many time to talk to T Mobile. Thank You!
