Needing a new phone for our granddaughter my wife went in and got one. So they talked her into buying one for herself in a package deal. The Tipping Point was the LG v496. What a turd in the toilet. What a ***. It is a lousy jerky, bumbling, stumbling, time-consuming piece of ***. I thought putting a large SD card would help, but no difference. Useless junk is useless junk. She walked out of their thinking, "What a deal!" I'm just trying to contain myself for my trip in there.

I joined my account with my significant other in order to save money. I was not aware that there was an outstanding balance from my old account because I was paying my monthly under the new account. I got sent to collections for $306 with to communication. I found out through my credit trackers on my phone. I paid the collection off on the spot but my credit score dropped 15 points. Not good. I called to complain about it and got snubbed. I can't stand the company now especially when I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. What a disgrace!!!!!no shame what so ever.

The reception is extremely poor in central Illinois. Had to get a nano SIM card because I bought a new phone and they charged me 20 dollar for it. It's bloody daylight robbery. Why do I even still have a plan with them. In the Netherlands I was satisfied with tmobile. In the USA it looks like the worst .

Lied to me and I had to pay for a tablet I did not want

I went back to the store and closed my account and signed up with Verizon. I could not return the tablet. I was with them for ten years and didn't expect to get scammed. I was told if I received a free pad, my bill would go down $10/mo. It didn't - it went up.and they wouldn't admit their mistake. All I can say is T-Mobile went from a caring customer service outfit, to a predatory one, overnight. When any of my friends ask which service to use, I always recommend Verizon, and to run far away from T-Mobile. The new CEO looks like a tough, mindless, *** and is fulfilling such a legacy.

The usual t-mobile screwing: they have my visa card. They changed my monthly fee to $35 a month.

The billing person told me it is a new promotion last month so I get my $40 a month service for $35 a month. So once again my service got shut off on the first day of the month. The villi g agent who told me of my new fee last month had me enter the new auto pay amount of $35 and yesterday I w a told there has never been such a promo!!!

So niw c I got verbally abused by a sup.

Who was a real jeek. U can be sure I will be trying g to find a bett set service for lower cost. Incidentally I get no signal bars. No 4 g.

No 3 g. No 2 g. No 1 g. No G.

Told by joseph. Tech.of highest level that the area is congested so I cannot get 4G or a y g. That we need 4glite which they are trying to get in my area!! Towers everywhere and no service!

I used to work a little be\er than it does now. No voicemail many times. Ness ages take days to reach me. Calls do not reach me.

I get cut off continuously.

Horrible service and no one can get service in my area. It is like I live in a one horse town.

Change of ownership

I transferred ownership of my daughters line to her responsibility. After two hours on the phone with a representative from Thailand, my daughter and I were finally able to get her line transferred to her.

My daughters line has a financed IPhone which we said needed to also be transferred to my daughters account. The rep and her manager both assured us the service and equipment were transferred. In March, my phone bill was higher than expected but no explanation on the bill. I called TMobile and was told the equipment from my daughters phone was still being billed to me.

I was told she would have to sign a form to have it transferred since it wasn't done with the original transfer. I was told an email would be sent. After several days I called back and told them we hadn't received an email and asked them to mail the form. In April, I called after receiving my phone bill and was told by a rep again in Thailand the equipment couldn't be transferred to my daughter because 60 days had passed and it was my fault for not sending back the e-mail.

I explained several times to him it was the fault of TMobile for not taking care of it when the service was transferred. I also advised we never received an e-mail or a copy of the authorization form in the mail and had called several times for assistance.

TMobile management has refused to make amends for their mistake. I don't have a contract and am very tempted to turn in mine and my husbands IPhones and go with another carrier.

I got a bill of over $2600 from Tmobilr after returning from a trip to Africa. I made several calls after confirming with their Customer Service that I could use a calling card to make international calls. Well, imagine my surprise when I was hit with a bill over $2600 for calls I could have made for free since I also have a land line. I have disputed these charges several times and asked that they pull the recordings of my calls to T-Mobile where the rep informed me I could use a calling card and of course, they can't find the recording. I have sent mailed disputes but continue to get calls and letters from collection agencies. I have no problem paying for my monthly charges and account closure fees after I closed my account and didn't pay the bill. This is affecting me negatively in my credit report and all attempts to rectify the matter has not worked. I want to warn other consumers of this deceptive practice by T-Mobile and hope that one of their representatives will contact me as I sincerely want to correct this issue and payoff any charges NOT related to international calls.

I feel your pain. I have a small claims suit against them now and doing a federal suit on them.

They send refurb phones out and 2 of my 4 stopped working.

Check other google search on them for lawsuits.

Cancelled service to go to Cricket due to cheaper prices, was a long time customer and paid on time and up to date, when I received the final bill in the mail, I also received a collection notice from Tmobile, final bill stated $76.42, When I contacted them to pay off, they stated I owed $250.86, even though I cancelled 2 weeks prior to the end of the billing cycle, they still charged me for a full months service, a service charge of $69.44, and a ALC charge which was taken care of over a year ago of $105, then changed a minute later to a total of $112, I was told by bill would drop as I was paying ruffly around $150 a month, after a rep from a Tmobile booth talked me into adding a One Touch tablet which would drop my bill and I would only pay the taxes of ruffly $12, sound good right? well, a month and a half later my bill increased and I wasn't happy, I cancelled the tablet and attempted to return but they would not take it back, they told me to sell it, but they would still charge me $75 for the tablet which I didn't need in the first place, so now I'm stuck with a tablet I don't need and have to pay a charge, I spoke to a rep about it, and at one point stated I would not have to pay for the tablet and she would switch me over to a cheaper plan of $75 which was great, I've never had an issue with Tmobile as I was a long time customer and their service reps are great people, this was to be a temporary move to cricket as I was planning to move back in a few months, but after this experience I will no longer go back and will not recommend anyone to join with Tmobile as they conduct shady business.

I have 4 lines with Tmobile . I recently ordered new phones and I had some questions on my bill . I called 4 times because it was very frustrating that they would not clearly explain and 2 reps had told me they would call me back after reviewing my account and never did. Long story short, after my 4th call I was told by a very sarcastic Rep that because I kept calling for the same reason over and over it was Harassment ,I was harassing Tmobile!!! I could not believe it. I asked him how dare you tell me this. I am a customer for years and now I have some issues to be resolved and this is what u tell me. I asked him for his name he became more sarcastic. I called backed to complain and the lady who ansered said well you see after 4 calls we send you to the legal department you have been flagged. OK now I lost it. Is this real?? Still have not resolved my issue but now I am harassing tmobil and being flagged?? Incredible . I am switching as soon as I can.!

Lied about Jump Program Bait and Switch

I had been a Verizon customer for 14 years was not happy about their data plan so I switch to T- Immoible BIG MISTAKE first I gave them 2 exchange phones the rep ask me if I had any more and I brought him 4 older phones which he did not give me credit for. I explained that my daugther in-law switched for the jump program and her bill would be $154.00 monthly for 2 Phones with 10 gigs of data each.

so I left Verizon the planned seemed good for the price I was so wrong.I've had them for 5 months and haven'nt had a bill for that amount yet.I had decided to change my billing cycle and they charged me an extra $124.00 for moving my billing date for 7 days to acommedate my fixed income further more I spoke to rep Manny (would not give his ID #) concerning a charge about my service being suspended I explained that I spoke to a rep supervisor Tanisha ID#408**** and that she would extend my service 3 days if I paid in full including the Bogus $124.00 which I did, then he tells me the charge is for the previous bill I stated that if I had a zero balance how could there be a previous due.

gave me more BS ,got so fed up trying to explain I just let it go letting them go to going back to Verizon. T-Mobile really sucks BTW got stuck on the highway with not phone service good riddance

Got my granddaughter a new phone t-mobile said she needed to go to Gmail to retrieve her phone list and photos tried 5 times it never retrieve them called customer service the guy named Johnny said he would call her back with info after about 3 hours my granddaughter call him he told her it would cost her $99. 99 to get info rip off

hi, My name is Seyfettin Sumer and i faced very interesting case with T mobile customer service while i change my prepaid account to post paid qccount , as tmobile represent said future will be ; $95 monthly paent for unlimited talk,text,and data.! $0,20 cents international call (incoming or outcome )! you can use your whole data in worldwide ! After first 2 months usage results ; You cant connnect any network out of US ( except first 1 or 2 minutes while you restart your device than connection is gone ) $0,20 cents became $1.99 +tax. (while you use overseas) first month bill over $140 second month bill over $231 Answer is " we cant do anything and you have to pay you bill " when you call customer service and ask them to " pls listen your records and find out your representative explained to me because your represent didnt explain as clear or they said LIE " I am gonna cancel my account and switch my number to another network. There is no customer care or who can save my rights for same case on FCC or in US Law :( sad very sad because its happen top of democracy country ...

I have preordered the gallaxy s7, I received it on March 11,2016. I was excited to try it out, Then that note the phone was getting extremely hot, I couldn't believe it, I was afraid it was going to burn up. I went to the 16 of March 2016. With the problem. I went to tmoble store and couldn't help me because they wouldn't be able to replace it, that they we're short of phones s7's, They told me I would have to go across town to another store and they should help. But they also said because it was preordered, they could not replace it. My blood pressure shot up the roof, Here I was purchased a 700.00 phone Brand new and it was a defective one I could only charge it up to 45% and unplug it because it gets so hot I can't hold the s7 on my hand for long. I let two tmoble stores know about it recorded the times locations, and talked with customer service over the phone overheating, And if it blows up on me I'm getting the best lawyers to sue I told them about it already...
