Poor customer service

I have been following up with T-mobile customer service regarding a Promo offer, for which I am not getting any help form customer service. Initially they said its new promo we are not aware about it, we will discuss with supervisor and will give call back but that call never happened. Its been a week now and I am getting answers like "call us after 2 hours" "call us tomorrow and check again" "check with local T-mobile store". Local t mobile store folks not saying "Promo is online only, offline store can not help it" . feeling very unwelcomed.

I went to T-Mobile yesterday they sent me to Apple. Apple confirmed phone mechanically not working, went back told T-Mobile, they said try on our phone 1 hour later disconnected no call back. I just want my phone thats under warranty. No water damage it was just a failure of the phone.

They keep suspending my service after these horrible customer service reps set it up and then charge you a suspension fee this is horrible every since T-Mobile took over just horrible

I set up a payment arrangement on the 9 th for the 25 th for 212 dollars and this morning my service is suspended! This is the worst Ive ever seen customer service.

Promised discounts at signup but billing more than double.

I had switched to Tmobile from June 2023. I was promised many discounts and service which would make my monthly bill about $140 per month.

Since then, every monthly that I have received is about $400 (more than double what I was promised. I call every month and have to follow up on them until they correct that bill and then they promise me that the next month will be correct. This has happened 6 months in a row! Last month, I was told that I had enough credits that I did not need to pay the bill.

I got a bill on Friday, showing both the inflated bill AND last month's balance not credited. I sent an email and nobody responded. Today, they turned off my phones due to non-payment of last month's bill which we was understood to be fully credited. Even if I would have owed the money, I didn't get a late notice, I didn't get a warning or anything...all which I could have prevented today's disastrous turning off of our phones.

We could not make phone calls! Why? Because of Tmobile's negligence. I went ahead and paid the amount that they their system showed past due, while our credits are still not showing.

I am tired of their lies and all of this extra work which has cost me over $1,000 in my time in trying to correct every month. If I had to pin a value on the aggravation, it would add thousands of dollars to that number.

Verizon hasn’t called me back and i dont have a copy of the bill to give to Verizon Im going to go to the store. T-Mobile told me that they would give me a bill to get to Verizon. I haven’t received it yet nor has a Verizon called me back.

TMOBIE tried to take $45.00 out of my checking account

Fraud! I overpaid Tmobil my $45.00.

They finally realized they owed me $45.00 so instead of refunding my account, they decided to send me a debit card for $45.00. A few days later, it appears they tried to take $45.00 out of my checking account without my authorization since my services stopped in Oct 14th. They took away my online access immediately so I was unable to delete my checking account. I had closed my.

Checking account-thank goodness. They are sneaky to take away my online ability-they hoped I kept my checking account open for them,

Now they are sending me a bill for $75.00threatening me that Im past due!! They are fraudulent!!

How do I owe $75.00 when they owed me $45.00? Makes no sense
