Tmobile - WARNING - THEY COMPROMISE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

I went to the local store with my wife to set up an account. I was put on the phone to answer personal and private credit information including social security number etc.... I should not have given the information on the phone in the store due to other clients in the store at the time. Also, the person customer service person was in a different country. Eventually the line cut out and the store manager came to help me. We went through the same process and basically the same information had to be given to him verbally in the store. This is a Very Risky way from them to treat their customers personal information where anyone in the store in close proximity can here your social security number and other personal information. This subjects your credit information to fraud and the like. I recommend not ever using them until they correct this procedure. It is hard to believe how careless they are as a corporation.

Tmobile - T-Mobile Inc... assist CRIMINALS

Criminal Safe Haven T-Mobile, Inc (corp office) located at 12920 SE 38th St. Bellevue, Washington 98006 425-378-4000 thinks they are 'Above The Laws'. I have many telephone numbers for over 25 years and late 2018 one of those numbers was stolen from Level 3 Communications. I immediately notified the FCC and varies companies which included T-Mobile (where the criminal(s) had taken the number). T-Mobile was NOT helpful in fact they treated me like I had committed the crime and was NOT the victim. T-Mobile for weeks ask me for ALL types of documentation including (insisting) on a police report (again to acquire MY belongings). After nearly a month of submitting various documents to T-Mobile and many more phone calls regarding MY property T-Mobile finally released MY number back to me. Here we are again March 2019 this time 2 of my numbers were stolen from Band Width Communications located at 900 Main Campus Dr S te 500 Raleigh, NC 27606 and T-Mobile is involved again assisting the thieves with their crime(s). Both times T-Mobile stated I gave the criminals my information to comment a crime, headache against myself REALLY....T-Mobile. I ask the public to file ANY legitimate complaint with the FCChttps://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744 regarding ANY of T-Mobile tactics and now T-Mobile is asking to MERGE\buy Sprint (TERRIBLE idea regulators). But IF T-Mobile receives enough complaints T-Mobile can\will be fined hefty and with the PUBLIC'S help it can come true.

I called several times T-Mobile help center and they charge me supposedly money owed after 6 months off the and they say and promised to unlock my revv plus after the payment is made, I did pay and still cannot sell the phone because they say it cannot be unlocked, my advise to customers is not to buy T-Mobile phones because after is paid and done with the phone still owned byt-mobile you cannot sell it or use it with another carrier. so, STOP buying t mobile phones.

I can't read such a long complaint but will agree on one point - I'd never select T-mobile ; just because of all of the pink. General principle ; they annoy me.

They used to have Catherine Zeta Jones, bearable even in commercials with the sound off....now, pink. Yuck.

Tmobile - They keep switching me to more expensive plan

I called T-Mobile prepaid department 4th time already. I am trying to switch from $70 plan to $50. They take my request and the next day they canceling without any explanation. Now they saying I have to wait a month for next billing cycle. How do I know if they put me on a cheaper plane in a month? Tmobile - Promise of $650.00 Back for phone

Went to T-Mobile to get a lower plan, and the Associate Wanda told me about a great plan abd I would get $650 back and not have to trade in my phone. So I paid for $25 for the start of the new plan and she told me to go to switch.com and put the information in there. I had to get the bill from Verizon first. When i got the bill i called T-Mobile and they said to come in and they would do it there with me. I went in and Wanda was not there, so anither Associate helped me and when he went in to check my phone, he found out it was not compadible with the list which it should have been. My phone os a galaxy s9 plus. I told him she told me i was going to get the $650 back a d it was an agreement made between me and Wanda. Well, there was a lot of commotion in the storeans I never got my $650, they gave me my $25 back and stayed with Verizon. This company truly lies to get customers. I would never ever go to this company again. These companies use a company called Switch to trade in cell phones and they never update their lists so the phone you have is never compadible. If Wanda had checked the computer in the first time I was there, she would have seen that it wasnt compadible and prevented all that commotion. I am.hoping she got fired for that.

File a complaint with the FTC. The will quickly respond to you.

Also contact T Mobile headquarters and file a complaint against the store manager.

Doesn't seem customer focused by the way he acted. good luck

Its Christmas Eve. I'm not making this up. I got a message from T-mobile to phone them. So I did and I had my husband listen in. The T-mobile representative said our bill is "a couple days" past due. And that they were going to cut off or service at midnight. I explained to her that my husband and I both get paid Friday and I would pay it then. In full. You have been my carrier for 23 years. She wanted to set up a payment plan. Automatic withdrawls from our account or a credit card. And that they would charge me an extra $8 to set it up. I said no. I would pay the $106 on Friday. I dont like automatic withdrawls. I asked her to just put a note on my account that I would pay Friday. She said no and I will be disconnected at midnight (Christmas) and to get it reinstated I will pay my complete bill plus $20 per phone. That's T-Mobile on Christmas Eve. I have never missed a payment with T-mobile in 23 years. I'm 68 and will be without a phone for 5 days. I couldnt believe this! I had to beg relatives in another town on Christmas Eve to pay you. Which they did. I was crying. I still am. I have moderate kidney failure. I need my phone. Christmas Eve? Have you no mercy? You couldnt show me 4 days grace? I've faithfully paid you all those years. You can pay multi-millions for commercials...but the backlash of publicity from what you did to me on Christmas Eve is about to go viral. Oh, the call was recorded. Please listen to it. I was kind and polite and wished you employee a Merry Christmas.

Tmobile - Moist in Note 4

Had problems keeping Note 4 on, called tmobile and they said they would change it out for another phone, they don't carry Note 4 anymore so they were changing it out for Note 5. The phone was sent to the store on 12/14, so I went to the store on 12/15, even though the phone still came on they immediately went to the area where the battery goes and said i had water damaged. For one she immediately was looking for it as if she knew or expected it without any visual of anything. I didn't get to tell her what problems I was having, So I told her the phone has never been in water, the screen works fine and the only problem i was having is in the beginning of turning it on but after a while of turning it on it will stay on, she said there was nothing she can do and ti call tmobile. Long story short tmobile told me the note 4 developes moist they said I had to apply a claim form and assurance said that the claim is denied and tmobile needs to help me, tmobile said there is nothing they can do. I asked why didn't they tell customers that thse phones developed moist in them since they knew this and now they don't want to compensate customers for their defective devices.

Tmobile - Fraud dept.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Had 3 phones delivered to me that I never ordered. Called them and they started a fraud case. They informed me that they would send call tags for the phones so that they could be returned. Six weeks later all I have received is 2 bills. Called the 3rd time and the customer service rep wanted me to drive 150 miles to the closest T Mobile store and talk to them. That went over well with me and she hung up! Next call, I ask for a supervisor and that can't happen I guess. So the next person is actually trying to help and says that I will hear from the fraud department within 3 days. I won't hold my breath. I'm sure that the next thing will be a collection agent

Tmobile - Hidden charges and False information

I bought 4 line 2 months ago and when I was buying my plans they gave me 2 tablet for free. I asked the staff how much my bill will be they said it’s $160 flat. When I got my first bill, it was $200. I called t-mobile and spoke with representative, she said, first month bill is high because I’m being charged for first month bill + the tablet’s internet + other services. I told her that at the store I wasn’t informed about the tablets internet. I told her that it’s free. Without any clearification she said your next month bill will be less, $175. I said ok. Meanwhile I was looking to get a new phone which I got where I supposed to get $250 on rebate according to a representative at t-mobile store. So after going through many hassles, I order the phone. I called again to clearify my bills and My bill when up to $230 because now I’m being charged more on the tablets. I told the representative that according to my calculations I suppose to pay $195 without any rebate or any other deductions. He said I’m paying for the tablets. If I’m being charged for the tablets then how is it FREE? And why I was given false information from t-mobile representative? I’m sure t-mobile taking so much money from millions of people through out the nation. Its shame that t-mobile with such reputation can steal peoples money. SHAME ON T-MOBILE !!

Tmobile - WORST Customer Experience - NO Loyalty - Switch to SPRINT or AT&T

I purchased new Iphone XS and now calling to switch to Iphone XS Max within 2 weeks (buyer's remorse time frame which is 30 days) as we are not happy with XS and need a bigger size phone. T-Mobile is saying I can return my phone and buy the new phone by paying the difference which I am okay willing to do BUT THE KEY ISSUE T-Mobile will consider this as a separate transaction and I will not get my promotion. I bought this under the promotion of $750 in credits over 24 months when i buy new XS or XS Max, however i do not get the promotion. My question as I am just exchanging to a different product why can't the promotion still stay on my account - Buyer's Remorse you can return, exchange to a product to your satisfaction. why can't they honor it. It is like a slap on your face that yes we will let you do your buyers remorse but it will just cost you $750 extra. Seriously my daughter is with AT&T and they just exchanged her to XS Max and gave her credit of the promo amount on her account right away without all this pain and here I am calling T-mobile while on phone getting transferred to 3 different people with no resolution. HORRIBLE SERVICE - NO consideration of being a loyal customer for long time I event gave a review on Tmobile website and absolutely No RESPONSE - Horrible!
