T-Mobile is ridiculous. I had a samsung galaxy II, shortly after they hit the market. It dropped phone calls all the time, I wouldn't get reception in my house, Half of the time I could not hear the caller or they could not hear me. Called customer service. I have a Samsung Galaxy S II (SGH-T989) which I bought when I lived in USA. I have since moved overseas AFTER fully paying off the balance on my phone and the Early Termination Fee (ETF) to T-Mobile.In spite of completely fulfilling my obligations and commitment to T-Mobile they have blocked my ability to setup Tethering and Hotspot on my phone now that I am using a local SIM. I am so annoyed at this moment. In November I had issues with my Sensation. They sent me 5 phones to replace it and none of them worked, and one even destroyed a 16GB SD card that I had with over 3,000 pictures with some of them being of my dad who passed away last January unexpectedly and of my kids with him.
